Felhívás nemzetközi konferencián történő részvételre egyesületi tagjaink részére

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to provide you with the event program for the conference on "Law and Climate," which will be held in Baku on 6 September 2024. The program is attached to this email. The conference will feature participants from the Azerbaijani legal community, international experts, representatives from foreign associations, and the leadership of the International Association of Judges.

The event will take place at the Fairmont Baku Flame Towers Hotel. Incoming delegates will be accommodated at the Radisson Hotel Baku. As mentioned in the invitation letter, the hotel expenses for one representative from each association will be covered by us.

Furthermore, we will arrange transportation for your convenience, including your pick-up upon arrival at the airport, transfers throughout your stay, and drop-off for your departure.

To book your hotel rooms and finalize the number of participants, kindly confirm your participation and provide the list of delegates from your national association in the coming days.
