Demonstráció az igazságszolgáltatás függetlenségéért
2025. február 22-én 13.00 órakor
A MABIE Országos Választmánya pártpolitika-mentes demonstrációra hívja a bírákat, bírósági dolgozókat és mindenkit, aki a társadalom számára fontosnak tartja a bírói függetlenség értékének megőrzését!
Helyszín: találkozó az Igazságügyi Palota (Budapest, V. Kossuth tér 12.) előtt, onnan közös vonulás az Igazságügyi Minisztérium épülete (Budapest, V. Nádor utca 22.) elé.
Miért demonstrálunk?
Jogállami igazságügyi jogalkotásért!
Az igazságszolgáltatást érintő valóban hasznos és építő változtatás csak hatástanulmányok elkészítése és széleskörű társadalmi egyeztetés után képzelhető el. Követeljük, hogy a jogalkotó transzparensen, az érintettek véleményének figyelembevételével fogadjon el bármilyen igazságügyi reformot! Követeljük, hogy az OBT, OBH és a bíróságok véleményezési jogkörét ne üresítsék ki, ne tegyék formálissá!
A bírói véleménynyilvánítás szabadságáért!
A bírói véleménynyilvánítás szabadsága a demokratikus társadalom előfeltétele, törvényes keretek között ez minden bírót megillet. A bírák fegyelmi ügyeiben eljáró szolgálati bíróságok függetlensége a garancia arra, hogy a jogszerű véleménynyilvánítást ne lehessen korlátozni. Követeljük a szolgálati bíróságok függetlenségének megőrzését! Követeljük, hogy a bírói véleménynyilvánítás szabadságát mindenki, a többi hatalmi ág képviselői és a bírósági szervezet csúcsán lévő személyek is tartsák tiszteletben!
A hivatáshoz méltó bérért!
Az igazságszolgáltatás függetlenségének anyagi garanciája a benne dolgozók megfelelő anyagi megbecsülése. Ez jelenleg a bírák és igazságügyi alkalmazottak elsöprő többségénél nem biztosított. Követeljük a bérkérdés haladéktalan orvoslását, a kúriai és az alsóbb fokú bíróságok közötti indokolatlan aránytalanság megszüntetését!
Mivel a bírák nem végezhetnek pártpolitikai tevékenységet, ezért felhívjuk a résztvevők figyelmét, hogy pártpolitikai jelvények, szimbólumok megjelenítése, és ilyen jellegű bármilyen egyéb megnyilvánulás a demonstráción nem megengedett! Aki ezt a felhívásunkat nem tartja be, az nem tartozik a MABIE rendezvényéhez, nem szolgálja a demonstráció célját.

Demonstration for the independence of the judiciary

The MABIE National Board invites judges, judicial employees and all those who believe that the value of judicial independence is important to society to a demonstration free of party politics.
Meeting point: in front of the Palace of Justice (Budapest, 12 Kossuth Square V), from there march to the building of the Ministry of Justice (Budapest, 22 Nádor Street V).
Why are we demonstrating?
For judicial legislation under the rule of law
Genuinely useful and constructive changes to the judiciary can only be envisaged after impact assessments and broad public consultation. We demand that the legislative should adopt any judicial reform in a transparent manner, taking into account the views of stakeholders. We demand that the powers of the National Judicial Council, the National Office for the Judiciary and the courts to give opinions should not be annuled or made formal.
For freedom of expression in the judiciary
Freedom of expression is a prerequisite for a democratic society, and all judges are entitled to it under the law. The independence of the service courts in disciplinary matters is a guarantee that legitimate expression of opinion cannot be restricted. We demand that the independence of the service courts be preserved! We demand that freedom of expression for judges be respected by all, by representatives of the other branches of power and by those at the top of the judicial organisation.
For a proper salary of the profession
The financial guarantee of the independence of the judiciary is the proper remuneration of its staff. This is not currently the case for the overwhelming majority of judges and judicial employees. We demand an immediate remedy to the wage issue and the elimination of the unjustified disproportionality between the Supreme Court and the lower courts.
As judges are not allowed to engage in party political activities, we would like to draw the attention of the participants to the fact that the display of party political badges, symbols and any other manifestations of this nature are not allowed during the demonstration. Those who do not respect this call are not part of the MABIE event and do not serve the purpose of the demonstration.
